In order to become a member of Chamber of Commerce and Industry legal entities and individual entrepreneurs should apply to appropriate Regional Chamber, submitting the copy of certificate of State Register and filling in the Application. Membership of the Chamber is defined by the Presidium of particular Regional Chamber according to the of RA Law “On Chamber of Commerce and Industry” and Charter.

Rights and obligations of members of Chamber of Commerce and Industry

The members have the right
• To elect and be elected in the Governing bodies of Chamber
• To submit proposals to of Executive bodies on the activity of Chamber
• To benefit from the services provided by the Chamber in privileged conditions or free of charge
• To benefit from other rights reserved them by Charter

The members of Chamber are obliged

• To make decisions on the issue concerning to Chamber Charter adopted by Executive body of Chamber
• To pay membership fees
• To contribute to realization of issues of Chamber Charter
• To implement other obligations defined by Chamber Charter
