Armenian-Chinese relations

On November 17, 2011, in Qingdao city of Shandong province, People’s Republic of China, Mr. Sergey Manaseryan, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Armenia to the People's Republic of China, Mr. Arthur Yegoryan,  Representative of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Armenia and Mr Ruben Kopyan,  authorized person of the Union of Manufacturers and Businessmen of the Armenia  in China and the "Innovation Center for Belt and Road Collaboration" signed an agreement on  establishment and  support of the Armenian Office of Cooperation




To become a member of Chamber of Commerce and Industry legal entities and individual entrepreneurs should apply to appropriate Regional Chamber, submitting the copy of certificate of State Register and filling in the Application. Membership of the Chamber is defined by the Presidium of particular Regional Chamber according to the Republic of Armenia Law “On Chamber of Commerce and Industry” and Charter.

Rights and obligations of members of Chamber of Commerce and Industry

Members have the right
• To elect and be elected in the Governing bodies of Chamber
• To submit proposals to of Executive bodies on the activity of Chamber
• To benefit from the services provided by the Chamber in privileged conditions or free of charge
• To benefit from other rights reserved them by Charter

Members of Chamber are obliged

• To make decisions on the issue concerning to Chamber Charter adopted by Executive body of Chamber
• To pay membership fees
• To contribute to realization of issues of Chamber Charter
• To implement other obligations defined by Chamber Charter
