Exhibitions and Trade Fairs
One of main directions of the Chamber is the promotion of exhibition and trade fair activity in Armenia as well as support in participation of Armenian companies in overseas exhibitions. Taking into account mentioned issues CCI of Armenia carries out the following tasks in the area of exhibition and trade fair activity:
Organizing joint participation of Armenian businessmen in home and abroad exhibitions
Organizing national exhibitions in Armenia and abroad, as well as organization of foreign exhibitions in the country
Open-air and covered exhibition space allocation
Customs clearance, exhibition freight shipping abroad, customs formulation of foreign company expositions upon import to Armenia
Arrangement of exhibition loads insurance that acquire export permit of Armenian exhibits abroad, as well as import permit of foreign company exhibits
Design of exhibition pavilions, constructions, art designs, supply with technical means and facilities
Support to exhibition participants in the organizing press conferences, presentations, seminars, receptions, business contact establishments, meetings and negotiations
Publication of printing materials such as exhibition catalogues, invitations, brochures and other advertising materials
Providing information on home and foreign exhibitions
Organizing business visits of Armenian specialists in foreign exhibitions and fairs
Training of company and organization specialists on the “International exhibition and Fair participation theory and practice” topic
