Armenian-Chinese relations

On November 17, 2011, in Qingdao city of Shandong province, People’s Republic of China, Mr. Sergey Manaseryan, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Armenia to the People's Republic of China, Mr. Arthur Yegoryan,  Representative of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Armenia and Mr Ruben Kopyan,  authorized person of the Union of Manufacturers and Businessmen of the Armenia  in China and the "Innovation Center for Belt and Road Collaboration" signed an agreement on  establishment and  support of the Armenian Office of Cooperation




Armenia – EU

The Ministry of Economic Development and Investments of RA and the Delegation of the European Union to Armenia, with the support of CCI of RA organized an informative event-discussion on “Generalized Scheme of Preferences (GSP+)”. Frederique Rychener, Julika Peschau, Daniel Kramer and Guus Houttuin – people responsible for the program were present.

The aim of the event was to:

  • Present the basic principles of GSP+, increase business community’s level of awareness, and promote the application of the system.
  • Provide information to potential beneficiaries of GSP+ regarding the opportunities when exporting to EU market.
  • Present the EU Export Helpdesk.
  • Present the Registered Export System (REX) and the requirements for registering there and practicing it.

The Executive Director of CCI of RA – Andranik Aleqsanyan, as well as the Head of Staff Arayik Vardanyan, the Head of International Collaboration Department Vladimir Amiryan, and many others participated in the event.
